A large majority of the collection is made using vintage and antique fabrics and materials. All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending, and stains, are part of the textile. If needed, we can do our best to repair the garment without any egregious issues.

shipping

As a thank you for supporting Considered Objects, standard shipping will be covered by us worldwide. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Orders are shipped using USPS. Processing takes 1-3 business days before shipping. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed, and a confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipments are final sale. Please note you are solely responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes on international orders. Customs authorities require the value of the order stated directly on the package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release the package.

return

Due to the unique handmade nature of all Considered Objects garments, unfortunately, we cannot offer returns. We will only accept returns if they are defective or damaged. We will accept all pieces in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please send us a refund and return request to info@considered-objects.com. Once we have authorized your request, we will email you the return instructions.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and additional shipping costs for returns, rejected or returned to shipper packages, are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can not be held responsible for items lost and/or damaged in transit back to us.

All made-to-order and special custom items are not eligible for returns.

refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

exchanges

Due to the unique handmade nature of all Considered Objects garments, unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@considered-objects.com
