The pattern is cut from a navy 'Tanmono'’ roll of cloth to make a kimono. It features an abstract spiral floral pattern of 'Karakusa' (winding plant), an arabesque pattern abstracted from nature. It is a symbol of eternity and prosperity and also represents a family's legacy and lineage.

Vintage kimono bolt fabric. 100% silk. Spot treat to clean or bring to a green dry cleaner. May be sensitive to treatment with dry cleaning chemicals.
