Kimono patchwork sleeve shirt. Cut from 100% silk twill deadstock and antique 100% silk kimono textiles. Mandarin collar, handmade buttonholes, bracelet length sleeves, slit opening at sleeves and side body, shell buttons 1930s-1960s, hand-stitched silk floral applique. One of a kind.
