Each Falling Flowers piece begins as a length of vintage silk kimono — its pattern, weight, and history intact. Petals are hand-cut one by one, then hand-stitched into layered blooms that seem to drift and settle naturally across a garment or brooch. No two arrangements are alike. Made slowly, by hand, in New York City.
