Each piece is made from rare vintage and antique silk kimono textiles, often with enough material for only one or two garments. Once a textile is gone, that exact shade, weave, or pattern cannot be sourced again.
100% silk kimono textile from Japan, dating back to the early 20th century. The original kimono seams are preserved, honoring the garment's history and craftsmanship with unique patterns and hand-painted techniques that have stood the test of time.
Unisex, relaxed fit with a structured, crisp feel while maintaining the fluidity of silk. Hand-applied top silk thread stitching. Shell buttons, 1930s-1960s. Raw edge detailing throughout. Each garment is cut individually by hand. One of a kind.
